The YMSQ “Young Talents” Programme
The Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao has launched The “Young Talents” Programme, a nationwide programme to help talented children realise their musical dreams. We will provide opportunities for candidates who receive awards, including masterclasses with world-renowned professors. We will provide them with performance opportunities. Please join us!
Participation
Please scan the QR code shown on the poster above and fill out the application form. Our admissions office staff will contact you and assist you to complete the application.
Rules
Record a video of you playing your instrument. A piece chosen from any musical period is acceptable.
Video Length: up to 5 minutes
Age of Candidates: 5-17 years old
Instruments: String | Piano | Woodwind
Deadline for Application: 31st July 2022
Awards
The Menuhin “Young Talents” Organising Committee will issue an Award Certificate.
The benefits of an Award are:
1. the opportunity to participate in the national tour concerts and masterclasses;
2. free entrance to the YMSQ winter and summer camps;
3. free tickets to the YMSQ National Tour;
