HeadRan Zheng
The Head of the Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao, Ms. Ran Zheng (Zhengran) graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada with a major in business administration. Her extensive experience in education and teaching management in universities overseas and expertise in the field of international education spans for more than ten years. After returning to China in 2013, Ms. Zheng successively served as the executive principal of two international schools in Beijing. She has a wealth of experience in the operation and management of K12 international schools and the implementation of various international courses such as A-level and IB in China.

Deputy HeadMark Stringer
Mr. Mark Stringer serves as the Deputy Head of the Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao. As a highly experienced senior leader and musician, Mr. Stringer was the Senior Executive, Director of Music and Managing Director of Cedars Hall at Wells Cathedral School from 2015-2021, Wells is a specialist music school in the UK and one of the oldest schools in the world - founded, A.D. 909 . Previously, he was the Master of the Music and Director of Concerts at The Royal Parish Church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields in London and he has served as the Executive Director of Trinity College London, responsible for its global operation across Music, the Performing Arts and English Language from 1997. Mark has led Music Departments in primary and secondary schools and was an Adjunct Professor of Music at James Madison University, Virgina, USA.
