"Everything is for children, everything is built for children, everything is for inspiring children to explore their natural love of music", The Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao, is committed to being a world-class international specialist music school. The School selected a design scheme proposed by Architectural Design Institute of Tongji University which is based on the designing concept of "the waves lapping the reef generate beautiful rhythm of sound". In light of the importance of acoustic design to high-level music schools, the School invited international music acoustics master Yasuhisa Toyota to personally preside over the acoustic design.
