    1. Master’s degree or above in Chinese, Mathematics, English, Education, or related majors, with a corresponding teaching qualification for the subject and phase. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

    2. Over eight years of teaching experience in Chinese, Mathematics, or English, with experience in teaching graduating classes. Possess a solid foundation in the discipline, have conducted in-depth research on pedagogy and the discipline itself, excel at tailored teaching and have achieved remarkable teaching outcomes.

    3. Over three years of experience as a subject group leader, with experience in cross-departmental collaboration, cultivating young teachers, formulating subject development plans and teaching plans, as well as compiling teaching materials and developing school-based curricula.

    4. Familiarity with the IG or A-level international curriculum systems. Experience in bilingual curriculum development or interdisciplinary integration is preferred.

    5. Having received municipal-level or above teaching honors (such as Special-Grade Teacher, Subject Leader, Outstanding Teacher) or having guided students to achieve excellent results in international competitions related to the subject.

    6. Demonstrate good professional ethics as a teacher, high enthusiasm for work, a passion for education and students, serve as a role model, possess strong responsibility, stress resilience, and execution ability.

    7. Be in good health, have a decent appearance, be approachable, and be skilled in communicating with students and parents.

    8. Be well-versed in the education industry, with profound understanding and unique insights into teaching methods, teaching practices, and curriculum implementation.

  • Senior High School Homeroom Teachers
  • Job Requirements

    1. Master’s degree or above in Politics, Geography, History, Information Technology, or related majors. A degree in education is preferred, and exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered with a bachelor’s degree.

    2. Over three years of experience as a senior high school homeroom teacher and leading graduating classes. Familiarity with the art college admission exam process is preferred.

    3. Over three years of teaching experience in schools, familiarity with China national standard textbooks and key examination points for senior high school, and capable of teaching Politics, Geography, History, or Information Technology.

    4. Have a passion for education, a proactive attitude, a sound personality, and solid professional competence.

    5. Demonstrate good professional ethics as a teacher, high enthusiasm for work, a passion for education and students, serve as a role model, possess strong responsibility, ambition, stress resilience, and execution ability.

    6. Be in good health, have a decent appearance, be approachable, and be skilled in communicating with students and parents.

    7. Priority will be given to candidates who have received district or county-level or above honors (such as Outstanding Teacher, Subject Leader) or have guided students to achieve excellent results in relevant competitions.

    2. Over three years of teaching experience in international schools, familiar with the IG or A-level international curriculum systems, and proficient in teaching bilingually or entirely in English.
