The program consisted entirely of classic works from France. Renowned French pianist, professor of piano and chamber music at our school, and recipient of the French Knight's Order, Michel Dalberto, along with piano students from The Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao (YMSQ), presented a concert of high caliber and romantic flair.

In attendance were faculty, students, parents, and guests, including notable figures such as condensed matter physicist Ding Hong, Deputy Director of the Tsung-Dao Lee Institute at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Founding Dean of Kilo-Innovation Research Institute, Wang Enge, Vice Chairman of Beijing Association for Science and Technology and former President of Peking University, and Tang Chao, Chair Professor and Executive Dean of the Peking University Institute of Frontier and Interdisciplinary Sciences, accompanied by other scientists led by three academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Through live performances, he provided the audience with an immersive experience of the styles of different composers.

During the one-on-one master classes, Professor Dalberto focused on the works of famous French composers such as Ravel, Debussy, Messiaen, and Fauré. He provided detailed analysis and instruction, sharing anecdotes about the composers' creative processes. He guided students to thoroughly understand the background of each composition, enabling them to naturally and authentically express the unique qualities and characteristics of French music.
