Mr. Yu Peng, Minister Counsellor for Cultural Affairs at the Chinese Embassy in the UK, visited the Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao

On October 11, Mr. Yu Peng, Minister Counsellor for Cultural Affairs at the Chinese embassy in the UK and Xue Ling, Director of the Chinese Tourism Office in London, visited the Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao.


Yu Peng and the visiting team was introduced to the School’s faculties, curriculum and facilities by Zheng Ran, Head of the School, and was also given a brief introduction of our unique music courses by Mark Stringer, Deputy Head of the School. After that, they visited the music building, concert hall, rehearsal rooms, practice studios and other facilities of the School, and listened in on a music lesson. The School's superb facilities, professional teachers and leading educational concepts are highly appraised by Mr. Yu Peng and the visiting team.



Mr. Yu Peng indicated, the Yehudi Menuhin School Qingdao is one of the outstanding achievements in the field of cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and the UK. Since the opening of the School, the Chinese Embassy in the UK has been paying great attention to it. They are glad to see the School’s completion and it coming into use.
