Yang embarked on her musical journey in 2010 when she was admitted to the Keyboard Department at Xi'an Conservatory of Music. In 2015, she excelled and advanced to become a master's student at the same institution under the guidance of Professor Yimin Tan. During her academic journey, she received scholarships, actively participated in teaching practices, performed in domestic and international competitions, and achieved remarkable success. Her expertise lies in electronic organ composition, and she has collaborated with various instruments. Tingting Yang served as an accompanist for the Xi'an Conservatory of Music's "Selections from World Classic Musicals" on the electronic organ and conducted multiple solo dual-keyboard concerts. In 2019, she participated in a study exchange program at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music in Japan, where she received unanimous acclaim after performing alongside students from the university.

 

Yang has earned accolades in various domestic and international competitions. Her achievements include winning the first prize in the Youth A category at the Fourth Xi'an Conservatory of Music Electronic Organ Competition, receiving the Best Arrangement Award at the Third “Yin Fei” International Electronic Organ Competition, and claiming first place and the Best Composition Award in the Adult category at the 2021 Asia-Pacific Electronic Organ Competition. Yang has served as an instructing teacher in numerous competitions, guiding her students to win awards. Notably, her adaptation of the electronic organ performance of "My Motherland and I" was selected for the Qingdao Television Spring Gala (2019) and China Central Television Gala (2020). She was recognized as an Outstanding Instructing Teacher in the Asia-Pacific Electronic Organ Competition from 2019 to 2022 and received the same recognition at the 2021 Magnolia International Music Festival Electronic Organ Competition. In 2021, her rendition of Di Tan Bei (“低碳贝贝”, which translates to "children who help reduce carbon emissions"), an environmentally themed piece, was chosen by Shandong Television and her students were actively involved in the recording process. Yang was honored as an Outstanding Instructing Teacher. In 2022, she was invited to be a judge for the Beijing Electronic Keyboard Music Festival - Third Super Fingertip Show.
